Rom. 5:3 Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because
we know that sufferings produces perseverance; perseverance,
character; and character, hope.
Rom. 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we
were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Rom. 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal
life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Rom. 8:18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth
comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
